2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S Configurator is Live!

A new Porsche 911 would be nice to have, even if its only in a virtual setting. Before you go running to the dealer, let’s build a new Carrera S together. Guards Red is the only true 911 color, all others are simply mistakes. Wheels are 20″ front and 21″ rear in four styles. The forged RS Spyder wheels look imposing in any situation, so let’s roll!

Next up are a few interior options. Several materials range from Sport-Tex and a leather package for the doors and dash. We went all-in with Black & Bordeaux Red. The standard seats look plain, so we opted for the Adaptive Seats which offer great lateral support.  This ability to define every detail is what makes it the ultimate exotic car for sale

The next set of options blew us away. Ground effects from the Exclusive Manufaktur allow the rocker panels to make the car look lower to the ground. We are in Florida, so the sunroof was a no-brainer. Tinted glass is not needed, because it is better left to a local installer. A carbon fiber roof would be nice, but it isn’t available with the sunroof, oh well. Powered folding mirrors are an option? It’s getting thick now.

For all the performance goodies you can’t see, we chose almost all the 4-letter acronyms: PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management), PCCB (Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes), along with Front Axle Lift, Sports Exhaust, Sport Chrono Package, Rear Steering (including power steering plus), and the 23.7 gallon fuel tank.

The final few options include LED Matrix Beam headlights, dimming rear view mirror, rear wiper, and night vision. We didn’t opt for all the safety helpers because this isn’t a minivan. Lane change assist, surround view Park Assist, and Speed Limit Indicator are for those who lack situational awareness.

Moving back inside, the cabin air ionizer is nice for smelly passengers, but ionized air causes leather to age very quickly, so bye Felicia. We did go with ambient lighting, a fire extinguisher, and heated seats. Carbon fiber sill plates and embroidered seats would be fine on a Porsche GT3, but we chose Burmester Audio with a digital FM tuner and called it quits.  Build yours now!
