Porsche sets a new U.S. sales record with 76,167 vehicles sold in 2024, driven by strong demand for the 911, Cayenne, and Macan models.
Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) has hit a historic milestone, reporting record U.S. car deliveries in 2024 with 76,167 vehicles sold. The new record marks a one percent increase over the previous set in 2023. Timo Resch, President and CEO of PCNA, attributed this success to the brand’s packed lineup, including new ICE, hybrid, and BEV models like the 911, Panamera, Taycan, and Macan. The iconic Porsche 911 achieved record-breaking sales of 14,128 units, a 20.8% gain over the prior year. Meanwhile, the 718 lineup saw a 25.9% surge delivering 5,698 units in 2024. Two-door models accounted for 26% of total U.S. sales. The Cayenne also set a new record with 22,432 units sold, a 9.6% increase, while the Macan and Panamera contributed 25,180 and 3,982 units.
Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales also thrived, with a 12% rise to 43,249 vehicles. Resch expressed gratitude to Porsche’s owners, dealers, and employees for driving this momentum, emphasizing the brand’s focus on continued growth in 2025. The record-breaking year solidifies Porsche’s place as an industry-leader in the luxury car world. View all Porsches for sale on duPont REGISTRY by clicking the link below.
