Not much of a contest.
Drag strips are becoming a bit quieter as the years pass thanks to the introduction of insanely quick electric cars. In fact, DragTimes recently took part in a drag race that was completely quiet considering the two cars were a Porsche Taycan Turbo S and a Tesla Model S Plaid. These two electric brutes battled it out down the drag strip, releasing their power to their wheels immediately. To be a bit more precise, the Model S Plaid is capable of 1,020 horsepower while the Taycan Turbo S will produce 750 horsepower. The difference in power is quite evident when the two go all out down the drag strip, which you can see for yourself in the video up above.
