Racing’s favorite energy drink brand is becoming a hypercar manufacturer.

Known for a formidable F1 team along with a host of other incredible racing efforts, Red Bull has become so much more than just an energy drink brand, and now, Red Bull is taking its racing brand to the next level with the announcement of the new RB17 hypercar, a car that makes the thrilling performance of Red Bull’s F1 cars, and makes it available to the customer. The V8 hybrid powertrain in the car promises to deliver 1,100 horsepower, and the carbon-composite tub-based design will, according to Red Bull, feature the “most advanced ground effect package available in a series production car.” Only 50 of these incredible hypercars will be made, and each will be priced at £5 million, not including taxes. Each owner will, along with the car, have access to simulators and other exclusive vehicle programs, track training and experiences, along with support, servicing, and maintenance directly from the factory and tailored to each owner. Production is set to begin in 2025, and in the meantime, we’ll have to wait for more information about this game-changing hypercar to come about.
