The Lamborghini Aventador SuperVeloce is the Italian automaker’s most significant and most extreme car on the market today. For this supercar, Lamborghini made it more powerful, lighter and more aggressive when compared to a base Aventador. When creating the Aventador SV, Lamborghini wanted to make sure it was more powerful right out of the gate. For this, they revised the massive V12 engine so it would push out 720 horsepower, an increase of 49 hp over the base model. Of course, this power wouldn’t be as exciting if there wasn’t an excellent power-to-weight ratio. Thankfully, Lamborghini dropped the curb weight of the Aventador SV by 110 lbs.

When designing its new exterior components, Lamborghini had weight and aerodynamics in mind. The new front fascia, rear diffuser, and rear wing all word to keep the supercar grounded at all times.
