Before the first McLaren 600LT boarded the ship to the New World, their configurator allowed us to build the car of our dreams. They must have NSA technology watching each virtual build, because this is exactly how I would order my McLaren 600LT Coupe.
This beauty just arrived at McLaren San Diego (O’Gara La Jolla), and it has the perfect blend of herbs & spices. Starting with the exterior, Chicane Effect Grey is an “Elite Finish”, two tiers above standard and special colors. It is offset by Carbon Fiber Package 1. This replaces the base-model side intakes with larger ones in gloss carbon, along with the mirrors.

Gloss black ultra-lightweight wheels are forged from a single billet and machined with recesses for weight removal. The Pirelli tires have a nice sidewall height to provide a comfortable ride. And if you approach a speed bump, the front axle lift has you covered.
Moving to the inside, the Luxury Pack includes: Power Adjust Heated Memory Sports Seats, Power Adjust Steering Column, Bowers & Wilkins 12 Speaker Branded Audio System, Soft Close Doors and McLaren Branded Floor Mat Set. These would cost much more if ordered individually, so it is a smart way to save a few bucks.

Next up is the Carbon Fiber Interior Upgrade. It includes: Door Inserts’, ‘Tunnel Sides’, ‘Extended Gearshift Paddles’, ‘Steering Wheel Spokes’, ‘Door Switch Packs’, ‘Lower Centre Console Switch Pack’ and ‘IRIS Surround’.
Finally, it wouldn’t be truly unique without a few items from McLaren Special Operations. Their custom division provided seatbelts and brake calipers in classic McLaren Orange. A car this appealing won’t last long, so click the link below for all the information.
