The long-anticipated Armored Automobile Transport Division of Virginia Transportation is now wheels down and running strong. It only makes sense that one of the largest and technologically advanced automobile carriers in the US and Canada is now offering specialized enclosed auto transportation.
By employing the latest in enclosed vehicle transport equipment, state-of-the-art tracking, fleet management software, and a highly experienced team of specialized auto haulers, Virginia Transportation is sure to redefine the world of enclosed auto transportation.
I had the opportunity to talk to Lou Ferrara, Vice President at Virginia Transportation, and here’s what had had to say about the launching of the new division: “Virginia Transportation Corp is writing an exciting new chapter with our fleet of enclosed auto transporters. Our primary goal is to make sure we’re taking the utmost care of our customers and the vehicles they entrust to us. Coming from an automobile enthusiast like myself who knows the care and countless hours of work that into and maintaining these vehicles, I knew there needed to be a higher level of transportation, and here it is!”
Virginia’s Armored Automobile Transport Division started right out of the gate with a few loads of rare collector cars on their way to Pebble Beach, CA for the Concours d’Elegance.
Keith Johnson, manager of the Armored Automobile Transport division, who handled the event, had this to say, “Pebble Beach is the most prestigious auto show in the US. VTC is honored to be entrusted with transporting some of their most pristine Vehicles. This show had been the true kick-off and we have been full speed ahead transporting race cars, classic collections and one of a kind classics!” They are ready for it all; the priceless, the precious, the exotics and the classics – and they move them effortlessly all across the US. Personally, I wouldn’t place my trust in just any car hauler to haul my ride from Point A to Point B, but then again, Virginia Transportation’s Armored Automobile Division isn’t just any car hauler.
