This Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato is one of the most exclusive automobiles in the world. Only 99 were built, each one showcasing the best of bespoke luxury and a masterpiece that could only result from the 50-year collaboration between the venerated British automaker and the Milan design house.
This truly elite grand-touring machine blends Aston Martin’s trademark refinement and performance with the signature Zagato style characterized by its subtle double-bubble roof, expressive fender lines and artful detailing that recalls the legendary DB4 GT Zagato. The car’s bodywork is constructed of hand-rolled aluminum and carbon fiber, the seams significantly minimized through the use of large one-piece panels wherever possible.
From every angle, the Vanquish Zagato recalls such traditional Aston Martin/Zagato styling cues as the classic front grille shape and the rounded tail-light motif, updated with the same bladed LED technology as the Aston Martin Vulcan supercar.
Driven just 35 miles, this Vanquish Zagato boasts more than $35,000 in optional extras, including its shimmering
The Zagato motif plays a prominent role in the interior design, where the “Z” quilt pattern is stitched into the seat and door trim, embossed into the headrests and hand-sewn into the center console. Rendered in Chestnut Tan leather (a $3,785 option), the interior presents three-position memory seats, a satellite navigation system, Bang and Olufsen premium sound system, black side window surrounds and satin chrome accents.
The culmination of a 50-year association steeped in excellence, this Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato showcases Aston Martin’s leading-edge grand-touring concept.
