It all started back in 1924 when Larry Dimmit, Sr. settled in the Clearwater area and purchased a Ford dealership. He then went on to take over sales and servicing of Chevrolet, Cadillac and LaSalle in 1933, expanding his inventory and cementing the Dimmitt name in the Tampa Bay area.
As the decades passed, Dimmitt never stopped growing. Rolls-Royce, Bentley, McLaren, Aston Martin and more were added to the portfolio, making them the one-stop shop for the greatest high-end luxury vehicles.
To this day, Dimmitt is also still a family run business with the fourth generation of the legacy at the helm.

Last time duPont REGISTRY visited, there were two DBS Superleggeras on display, a rare occurrence.

In the middle of Dimmitt’s massive lot is the huge Cadillac dealership. If you’re in the market for a new luxury ride, a trek through this inventory is a must. The entire Cadillac model range is on display, including powerful CTS-Vs, massive Escalades even the stunning new XT4. Cadillac has also announced the new CT4-V and CT5-V, which Dimmitt will be able to help their customers get their hands on.
