At the first-ever Exotics on Las Olas event, over 30,000 guests showed up to check out the massive showcase of exotic cars from all around the world. In total, 250 vehicles were on display, including the new Bugatti Chiron, LaFerrari, Maserati MC12 Edo Competition, Lamborghini Centenario and many others. Taking place on November 11, 2018, the same day as Veteran’s Day, a portion of all event proceeds went to benefit Wounded Veterans Fund.
“It was fantastic to see car enthusiasts and the public get up close and personal with this curated collection of cars and that they could interact with car collectors and innovators in auto craftsmanship,” said Floyd Rag, founder, and events director of Exotics on Las Olas.
Joining the wild selection of cars were many other highlights. To kick it all off, South Florida’s own Jessie Lee, a country singer from NBC’s “The Voice,” sung the National Anthem. There was also the unveiling of the first retail line of bikes from Orange County Choppers. OCC’s Paul Teutul Sr was on-hand to preview the bikes and give attendees the first chance at owning on of the new bikes.
The first Exotics on Las Olas event was such a success that the event has been confirmed for 2019.
