Ferrari 812 Superfast Reveal – Ferrari of Newport Beach

Ferrari of Newport Beach held an exclusive cocktail party for their customers to unveil the highly anticipated Ferrari 812 Superfast in Newport Beach. Being the newest, fastest and most powerful V12 road-going Ferrari on the market, this event had to match its caliber.

The venue was the newly refinished, 65,000 square feet, two-story architectural icon that is Newport Beach Country Club. With a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean on one side of the room, the all-new Ferrari 812 Superfast was on display under cover centered on the lawn off the back balcony awaiting the big reveal. As clients arrived, they were treated to complimentary Italian food, wine & cocktails, and live entertainment.

As the evening wore on, Ferrari of Newport Beach’s General Manager, Tim Rogers, gave a brief speech about Ferrari’s unbeatable, ongoing commitment to constant innovation, as they even created a new color of red – Rosso Settanta – for this new breed of luxury vehicle. Tim also discussed the importance of the brand, especially as Ferrari celebrates its 70th anniversary across the world and proves that they are not just keeping up – they are setting the pace for high-performance supercars. As his speech came to a close and the crowd finished their applause, the anticipation set in and everyone grew quiet. At the center of attention, the 812 Superfast commanded every eye at the party as the silk linen was pulled back to unveil this high-performance vehicle.

After the reveal, customers gathered for a closer look to see every impressive detail on the Ferrari 812 Superfast, from the aggressive body shape to its perfect hand-crafted Italian stitching. Customers took turns sitting in the driver’s seat, gripping the wheel and soaking in its excellence. But the striking features don’t just stop at the exterior build – the Ferrari DNA is apparent in the 812 Superfast. Clients were impressed to find that it boasts an output of 800 cv – 60 more than the F12berlinetta – and maximum torque of 718 Nm @ 7,000 rpm – a completely unprecedented achievement for a naturally-aspirated Ferrari production engine. And yes, the 812 Superfast is true to its name. It claims a 0–60-mph time of about 2.8 seconds, with 120 mph coming up in 7.9 seconds, and a top speed of 211 mph, making it easy to shift into the “12th Dimension.”
