Gateway Bronco Custom Build to Benefit Alzheimer’s Association

One of the best parts of Monterey Car Week is seeing friends with their completed builds. Something you’ve been waiting to see is now among the best cars in the world, and such was the case this year. NASCAR driver Ryan Blaney lost his grandfather to Alzheimer’s Disease, and the Blaney Family Foundation has been a great advocate and voice for the National Alzheimer’s Foundation.

The team at Gateway Bronco spent many late nights making sure this one was ready for the big stage. Gateway Bronco’s CEO Seth Burgett had given us a few hints along the way, but it did not prepare us for seeing this one in person. Because this Bronco was built to a level none thought possible, it has made waves outside the automotive world. The goal is to be seen on the World’s Stage, and that is why it will be auctioned during a primetime spot at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale in January.

With all proceeds going to fight this terrible disease, the high bidder will receive a modern take on the classic Bronco. Starting with their signature powder-coated frame, Gateway has added every modern amenity. Fox Racing developed this bespoke 4-link suspension, both front and rear. This coil spring system has adjustable sway bars, easily changed or disconnected for however you want to cruise.

The interior is loaded with Porsche leather with houndstooth inserts. It has full sound and heat insulation along with a Wimbledon White hardtop. A tribute to Ryan’s Grandfather, the barn wood that lines the bed is emblazoned with the Blaney & Sons Lumber Company logo. Under the hood is a new supercharged Ford Coyote V8.

Backed by a new Ford six-speed Raptor transmission, it has the ability to go anywhere on the 35″ Goodyear tires. If you would like to experience this modern Bronco, Ryan Blaney will be in Las Vegas for an autograph session and press conference on Thursday at SEMA?  10am in Central Hall, Eaton booth. We’ll see you there
