Low Mileage LaFerrari Heading to Mecum Monterey

Aside from mileage and condition, two words define the value of a LaFerrari: Special Options. It was the general consensus among us that most buyers opted for around $25,000 to $30,000 in features to make their car truly unique. Those preconceived notions have now been destroyed by Mecum’s latest upload. This stunning 2014 Ferrari LaFerrari left Maranello with $37,589 worth of special features.

Starting with the most obvious, the paint is Rosso Fuoco. It is an expensive 3-layer finish that involves color sanding and buffing by hand. To provide a nice contrast, every available piece of carbon fiber amounts to $21,276 alone! The interior is awash in black leather and Alcantara with red contrast stitching. The red theme continues with the prancing horse embroidered on the headrests.

You and your passenger will stay comfortable thanks to primary and secondary controls for audio, navigation, climate, and telemetry. There is no reason to fear the 949 horsepower hybrid. That’s because it has the most advanced stability system Ferrari has ever offered. Individual brake pressure control for each corner will allow varying degrees of rotation while cornering. It is integrated with the magnetic shocks to transform the car’s ride & response at an instant.

The 2nd-Generation MagneRide shocks have internal and external coils for precise compression and rebound. If the high voltage battery is fully charged, “Silent Start” will allow you to make a sneaky exit, and back into the garage after a clandestine outing. Yes, the LaFerrari is capable of running as a pure electric car as long as you stay off the accelerator and forego the Air Conditioner. With all these features and abilities, the original owner only amassed 426 miles. This car has no signs of wear inside or out, and it comes with the Yellow Book and all documentation. It will be a primetime lot at Mecum’s Monterey Auction, so click the link below and stay with us for complete coverage of the event.
