Route 32 Auctions is proud to announce our Grand Opening Auction being held on Saturday, June 9, 2018. Along with the auction we will also be hosting a Gas & Advertising show on June 8th at our new auction facility located at 3097 E State Rd.32, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. This auction will feature roughly 450 pieces ranging from original porcelain signs to vintage unrestored gas pumps and everything in between.
We take pride in bringing the rare and highly sought-after pieces to the public market and this auction features some very nice investment grade pieces. An example of one of these great pieces is lot 128c which is an original multicolor porcelain Best Courts Camps and Lodges Member sign. The sign has great subject matter and shows a detailed scene of a vintage 1930s automobile and a cabin in the mountains.
Lot 135, an original double-sided porcelain Studebaker Dealership Neon Sign, is another feature piece that is highly sought-after. Besides automobilia the auction will also feature petroliana and general store items.
Lot 145, an original double-sided porcelain die-cut Husky Gasoline sign, is a great example of one of those pieces as well as lot 150, an original single-sided porcelain H.P. Hood & Sons Milk sign. There are also some fantastic Coca-Cola pieces in this auction like lot 121, an original single-sided Coca-Cola Fountain Service porcelain sign.
