They feed an 800w lithium-ion battery to power your accessories. Once it runs low, an auto-start fires up the generator. Radiant heat built into the floor and large water heater easily powered by the 1,000w inverter.
You will have 3D Blu Ray, large flat screens, and surround sound to keep you entertained. The 4×4 system is not aftermarket, it is built by Mercedes but rarely imported to the US. That makes this one of only a Mercedes 4×4 RVs in the nation. Low range will allow the V6 turbo diesel to go anywhere.
