Grech Motors introduced its latest product, the Lusso, as an ultra-high-luxury van for executives who need a plush mobile office or those who want to travel in class-leading comfort. Built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform, the Lusso pushes the luxury van segment forward with seating for up to 10, four reclining lounge chairs, two rear sofas that convert into a bed, a bathroom, and even a kitchenette.

The Lusso utilizes the Sprinter’s 170-inch extended wheelbase variant with a high roof to accommodate these features. Power comes from a four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine generating 208 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, a 38 hp and 37 lb-ft increase over the outgoing V6. Each Lusso comes standard with an air suspension system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto connectivity. Paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, the Lusso benefits from Mercedes’ best safety features, such as Active Distance Assist, Active Lane-Keeping Assist, Active Brake Assist, and Attention Assist.

Coming in at 24 feet long and nine feet seven inches long, the Lusso seats up to ten with just one floorplan available. Four business-class-style seats comprise the RV’s core, each with reclining, heating, cooling, and massaging functionality. Each chair has a power legrest, perforated leather, plush headrests, and an aircraft-style folding metal tray. The driver and passenger’s seat can swivel to face these four reclining chairs once parked. In the back of the van, you’ll find two power sofas. They offer extra seating while on the move and can also extend to create a bed.

Grech utilizes an iPad-based system to control this RV’s significant functions, such as its power shades, cabin lighting, and temperature. Power for these features comes from a standard set of 610 amp-hour / 7,808-watt-hour lithium-ion batteries. These can run vital systems such as the van AC system for up to six hours when needed. You’ll find a 3,000-watt inverter and a 300-watt solar panel system on board. As standard, each Lusso includes two rear air conditioning systems, one driven by the engine up front and the second powered by the batteries above.

The back portion of the van houses a bathroom with porcelain tile, a macerator, and a sink. For prepping quick meals on the move, the Lusso comes standard with cabinet space, a refrigerator, a Nespresso Machine, and a microwave. In this rear section, you’ll also find a safe to protect valuable items.

Given the Lusso’s focus on ultra-luxurious transport, it includes various entertainment options to complement its spacious cabin and plush seating options. These include two LED TVs, one facing the reclining chairs and the second just above the rear sofas. Power shades can completely block out external light sources, while the cabin’s extensive use of LEDs allows owners to select an endless list of mood-lighting colors through the van’s wall-mounted touchscreen controller.

Externally, the Lusso counts on the sleek and elegant styling choices that make Grech’s RVs stand out as premium but understated vans. The Lusso featured above wears gloss black exterior paint, one of four available colors, including Iridium Silver, Grey White, and Tenorite Grey, and a matching wheel finish. Grech’s chrome trim is the only contrasting brightwork against the dark paint. The Lusso joins Grech RV’s excellent lineup of luxurious offerings alongside the Strada, Terreno, and Turismo

Each Lusso costs $299,900 and has the same configuration and equipment. For more information and availability, please get in touch with La Mesa | RecVan, the Lusso’s exclusive distributor, at (833)-445-8776 or by clicking the link below.
