This past weekend while Burt Reynolds was meeting and greeting car enthusiasts at the Carlisle Events Fall Auto Fest, a rumbling occurred. Amongst the cars and guests in the open air was the unveiling of the new Bandit Edition Trans Am by Trans Am Worldwide– the rebirth of a classic muscle car in a modern day 840 hp form.
Tod and Scott Warmack of Tallahassee, Fl have been building cars their whole lives. Their love for the American muscle car has not only won them multiple National Championships, but has afforded them the opportunity to attain the worldwide rights to one of the most iconic car brand trademarks in history, the Trans Am.
It’s been four years since the first concept Trans Am rolled off of their assembly line and nowa hobby of building nostalgia has turned into a global business.
Together, they have formed Trans Am Worldwide, a company dedicated to producing the finest conversions that breathe life back into the iconic namesake. Since both of the conception of both companies, they have delivered to customers all over the world.
The sold out Hurst Edition TA was a great success and now with the recent announcement of the new limited edition “Bandit,” enthusiasts around the world can own a very rare and powerful piece of Americana. Only 77 of these American supercars will ever be produced over the next year, each appropriately numbered.
On top of these Trans Ams, they also produce various other forms of automotive nostalgia, including their popular 1969 GTO “The Judge.”
