A new partnership between Bell Textron and Wheels Up is aiming to address the growing demand for intra-urban travel between city centers and airport helipads. Bell’s helicopters, specifically the Bell 505, are known for being extraordinarily capable and flexible. What’s more, Bell is a true industry leader in regards to VTOL, having manufactured commercial and military aircraft for more than 85 years. With this new VTOL initiative, Wheels Up will now be able to offer seamless travel for for members and customers, taking them from the city and to their private jet at the airport without ever having to deal with traffic.
