Months after dropping nearly $22 million to upgrade to a new Miami mansion, DJ Khaled is unloading his previous family residence at 3914 Island Estates Dr. in Aventura, FL 33160. Asking one dollar under $8 million for the home, Khaled recently put more than $2.5 million in renovations into it after purchasing the property for $3.59 million back in 2015.
One of the additions Khaled made is a 500-pair shoe closet to display his collection, which includes rare Air Jordans. The floor of the shoe closet bears the moniker of his clothing and furniture brand and a line he often uses in his songs, “We the Best.”
