Time to shred your favorite songs on a Lexus guitar.
While I never saw a collaboration between Lexus and Fender coming, I’m more than happy that it happened. The two brands came together to create the limited edition Fender Lexus LC Stratocaster guitar, a custom-built piece from Principal Master Builder, Ron Thorn. It features the beautiful omnidirectional Structural Blue finish, a paint that ranges in color from light metallic blue to deep midnight blue. If this paint sounds familiar, that’s because it’s actually the same one used on the Lexus LC 500 Inspiration Series. Another detail that points to the guitar’s automotive inspiration is the carbon fiber pickguard that’s not only stylish but will also hold up against even your most brutal shred sessions. To protect this limited edition guitar, Fender has paired it with a custom case wrapped in carbon fiber textured vinyl with a Lexus logo embroidery. Just 100 examples of this guitar will be created, so be sure to talk to either Fender or your local retailer for more information.
