Cold brew is known for its crisp, light taste, with minimal bitterness. Cold brew has traditionally required steeping coffee in cold water for 12 to 24 hours. Pouring hot coffee over ice does not achieve the unique flavor notes of cold brewing.
Cold brew specialties are now available at the touch of a button, thanks to the Z10’s pioneering Cold Extraction Process. Cold water is slowly pulsed through freshy ground coffee under high pressure.
