New LEGO 1989 Batmobile Set Announced

The Batmobile is a complicated vehicle for many reasons. Not only is it mechanically complicated, with all of its gadgets and whatnot, but there have been so many over the years. One of the most popular examples of the heroic vehicle is the 1989 Batmobile from Tim Burton’s Batman movie. To celebrate this movie’s 30th anniversary, LEGO has released a new set of the Batmobile featured in this famous film.

This new set consists of over 3,300 pieces and is over 23-inches long, giving it a lot of presence wherever it’s parked. Speaking of being parked, it comes with a rotating display that you can place it on. As for the features, it comes packing quite a few like any Batmobile should. For instance, the cockpit slides open so you can place a driver in the seat, there are two hidden machine guns that can pop up, two decorative grappling hooks, and more.
