James Bond began his role as the world’s most famous secret agent in 1962 with the debut of Dr. No, who later went on to continue on-screen performances as 007 until the current day. With photographic archives of legendary Bond images exhibited at Leica Gallery London, the German camera manufacturer decided to celebrate its involvement with a special-edition release. Leica is pleased to present the all-new D-Lux 7 077 Edition digital as a collectible piece that commemorates the 60th anniversary of the movie series. The camera trim is crafted from a high-performance, rhombus-textured material that is unparalleled on a D-Lux 7.

The texturized pattern is repeated on the hand grip to ensure the safe handling of the luxury camera. The top plate features the famous 007 logo and an automatic lens cap with the classic ‘gun barrel’ design, made famous by the opening scenes of James Bond films. The Leica D-Lux 7 077 Edition comes as an exclusive set limited to only 1962 units to celebrate the starting year of the James Bond film franchise. The Leica D-Lux 7 077 Edition camera comes in a specially designed presentation box and is currently available by clicking the link below.
