Azimut has shocked the yachting world with its impressive lineup of new luxury yachts at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, taking place from October 25th to 29th. The Italian yacht manufacturer is unveiling four new models to the American market, a demographic long loyal to the Azimut brand. Among the newcomers is the Verve 48, a sport-weekender yacht crafted in collaboration with designer Francesco Struglia. Powered by three 600 HP Mercury outboards, the Verve 48 delivers speed and excitement, capturing the American love for high-performance boating. This model offers close proximity to water through its expansive stern area and swim platform, enhanced further by an in-hull glazed surface for breathtaking sea views. \
Joining the U.S. premiere is the Magellano 60, a crossover yacht designed for those who appreciate long cruises on the open water. As a nod to sustainability, the yacht features biofuel technology, reducing well-to-wake CO2 emissions by over 80%. An app allows for remote control of onboard systems, from entertainment to resource management, making the yacht a cutting-edge addition to Azimut’s offerings. Also on display is the Grande 36M, a superyacht that breaks conventional design norms with its semi-walkaround upper deck, extending from the stern almost to the bow. Designed by Alberto Mancini and Achille Salvagni, the yacht falls under Azimut’s Low Emission Yachts category, featuring a high-efficiency Displacement-to-Planing (D2P®) hull and carbon fiber use that collectively cut CO2 emissions by up to 30%. Last but not least, the new S7, a sport yacht designed for dynamic owners, will be on display. The yacht couples a Volvo IPS triple propulsion system with advanced naval architecture, cutting fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 30%. Its interiors, conceptualized by creative boutique Yachtique, offer a chic, residential feel, completing Azimut’s innovative quartet.
