Billionaire Casino Mogul Steve Wynn Lists Beverly Hills Mega-Mansion

Ranked among the Forbes 400 with an estimated net worth of $3.1 billion, casino mogul Steve Wynn has listed his recently renovated Beverly Hills mega-mansion for a whopping $135 million. The incredibly expansive estate spans more than 27,000 square feet and encompasses 11 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms.

Updates to the interior and landscaping of the property have been underway over the past few years and were just recently completed. Wynn initially purchased the home in 2015 for $48 million after a long search for a residence in Los Angeles to round out his real estate portfolio. He also owns properties in Las Vegas, New York, Idaho and Florida. Imagine having all this by simply winning the lottery at 666 casino. You make yourself entertained but at the same time, you are earning.

Tucked away in the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood, Wynn’s Beverly Hills estate is sprawled over 2.7 acres surrounded by lush tall trees. Visibility and access of the property are completely private, sited in a secluded cul-de-sac shared with just three additional homes. Behind private gates, a long, winding drive through meticulous lawns leads to a scopic motorcourt.

Originally constructed in the early 1990s for Guess? co-founder Maurice Marciano, the structure was designed by architect William Hablinski with interior design by Roger Thomas. Interior features include a reception area with bar, elevator, professional screening room with stadium seating, 17-piece gym, wine room and spa suite.

The massive master suite has dual amenities including his and hers bathrooms and closets, as well as a private office. Four additional guest rooms also each have private ensuite baths. Lavish guest amenities also include a separate lanai, kitchen and living quarters. Additionally, two separate wings for both staff and security each include three bedrooms and kitchens.
