Derek Jeter’s Tampa Mansion Just Sold for $22.5 Million

The area’s most expensive sale of a home.

The lavish Tampa mansion owned by Derek Jeter and previously lived in by Tom Brady has been sold by the Stephen Gay Group of Smith & Associates Real Estate, and it’s set a record for the area. Selling for $22.5 million, it’s the most expensive house sold in Tampa Bay and that price tag makes sense when you see it for yourself. Spanning 22,000-square-feet, this estate includes seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, eight half-bathrooms, a wine cellar, in-home movie theater, professional gym, in-law suite, six-car garage and so much more. Stepping outside, the estate known as “St. Jetersburg” has 9.000-square-feet of outdoor covered porches and balconies, as well as a dock with two boat lifts, an 80-foot saltwater lap pool, and a heated spa. There’s not a single place within the grounds of this estate that doesn’t offer some kind of lavish amenity or breathtaking view and because of that, it’s most definitely worth being known as the most expensive house sold in Tampa.
