This is the mansion Tom Brady stayed at for a short stint.

With the New York Yankees’ Spring Training field in Tampa Bay, Florida, it makes sense that Derek Jeter had a place to live in the area. That place just so happens to be a beautiful mansion on the water that has become quite famous. Now that it has been years since Jeter has retired, he has parted ways with the residence.

In fact, he recently rented the mansion out to Tom Brady when he first joined the Tampa Bay Bucs. It was also during Brady’s stay that Jeter listed the mansion in 2020. It wasn’t until 2021 that Derek Jeter’s mansion sold for a whopping $22.5 million.

Now, the new owner seems to have plans for the mansion as Tampa Bay Times reports that a commercial demolition permit has been filed for the residence. When demolished, we will say goodbye to the 7-bedroom, 16-bathroom residence that includes many extracurricular rooms. These include a gym, wine cellar, movie theater, six-car garage, and more.
