Two of Elon Musk’s Los Angeles, California mansions have popped up on the market over the weekend, seemingly listed by the SpaceX CEO himself. Both properties are in the exclusive Bel Air neighborhood; one listed for $9.5 million and the other listed with a much higher $30 million price tag. The estate at 10930 Chalon Road listed for $9.5 million is a nearly 3,000-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bath, while 10911 Chalon Road listed for $30 million is more than 16,000 square feet with six bedrooms and 11 baths.

The ranch property at 10930 Chalon Road is believed to be the former home of Gene Wilder, who starred as Willie Wonka in the movie Willie Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Musk stated on Twitter that he has one stipulation for the estate’s buyer: to retain its integrity. He asked that the home not be torn down or “lose any of its soul.” The listing describes the home as “unique, quirky and charming.” It has been lovingly updated, however, its character was carefully preserved. The home overlooks the 13th and 14th holes of the Bel-Air Country Club Golf Course and includes an oval pool and a guest cottage.

The much pricier 10911 Chalon Road estate sits on a private knoll in lower Bel Air overlooking the Bel Air Country Club. This home has also been remodeled from its original 1990 design to incorporate grand entertaining spaces, soaring ceilings and high-end finishes. The expansive master suite has two separate en-suites and closets. The home also boasts separate family and guests wings, a two-story library, theater room, wine cellar, gym and a host of outdoor amenities, which include a lighted championship tennis court, pool and five-car motorcourt sited on a vast grassy parcel that features a fruit orchard.

The listings come just days after Musk proclaimed he intends to own no physical possessions on Twitter Friday. The eccentric billionaire Tweeted, “I am selling almost all physical possessions. Will own no house.”
