Elon Musk calls it a “special place.”

It was on June 9th that Elon Musk noted on Twitter that he had sold all of his houses except for one in the Bay Area. Just five days later on June 14, he replied to that original tweet saying that he decided to sell the Bay Area house. Listed on Zillow for $37,500,000, this 16,000 sqft mansion has six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. It’s located in Hillsborough, California, and the description notes that it is “one of the largest parcels of land on the San Francisco Peninsula.” In Elon Musk’s tweet regarding the listing of the mansion, he notes that it’s a “special place” and he wants it to go to a large family. When he says special place, he means it. Within the house are many fantastic rooms, like a ballroom, banquet dining area, professional kitchen, detached 3-car garage, 8-car carport, beautiful pool area, and just downright stunning scenery.
