Beverly Hills real estate is breaking records again. This time, it is home to the most expensive listing ever to be auctioned. Villa Firenze was initially listed in 2018 for a reported $165 million and is slated to head to auction through top luxury real estate auction company, Concierge Auctions. The mansion is going on block and coming soon to the auction site. The listing can still be found on Hilton & Hyland represented by Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton, where it states that Villa Firenze is the largest assemblage in Beverly Park. The property is being auctioned off with no reserve next month.

The authentic Italian village is a one-of-a-kind property that took more than seven years to design and build. Billionaire owner Steven Udvar-Hazy said in a statement, “We look forward to finding an owner as unique as this piece of real estate on auction day.” A private street approaches the estate home, which sits on more than nine acres. The expansive property is gated, encompassing a 30-car courtyard, the 20,000-square-foot manse and a four-acre backyard with a pool and pool house, plus a two guest houses, tennis court and ample walking trails.

What are the Most Expensive Cars?

In total, the estate has 13 bedrooms, 17 full bathrooms and eight half baths. It is the largest in North Beverly Park, which is no stranger to elite celebrity homeowners including Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy and Sylvester Stallone. High ceilings, marble stone flooring, arched entryways and a multitude of fireplaces adorn the space. Towering 40-foot Canary Island palms surround the home, along with meticulous gardens and bubbling fountains.
