Selena Gomez and French Montana Have Lived in This Calabasas Compound

The list price of this private California estate where Selena Gomez and French Montana have both lived was recently reduced to $5.6 million. Gomez purchased the property in 2014 for $3.69 million and after living there for two years, sold it to French Montana in 2016 for $3.3 million. Montana is reportedly the current owner, who originally listed the home for $6.6 million in January. The price has already undergone two reductions: once in February when it was reduced to $6 million and again this month when it was reduced to $5.6 million.

The celebrities were surely attracted to the estate for its extreme rarity and privacy in the exclusive Mureau Estates. The compound sits on over three acres within the gated community with a main house, guest house and a state-of-the-art recording studio. The main house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a four-car garage with additional parking for more than ten vehicles. Adorned in stone tile floors and top-of-the-line accoutrements, additional features include five fireplaces, a gym, theater room and a multitude of outdoor spaces.

Spanning a total of 7,786 square feet, grand entertaining spaces and expansive rooms keynote the estate. Montana designed the home to accommodate large groups, including a huge chef’s kitchen with ample pantry space. There’s also a formal living room, dining room, family room and a full bar.
