Tom Brady is Selling His $34 Million Mansion as He Announces Departure from Patriots

Foreshadowing today’s announcement that Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, will be leaving the team and continuing his football career “elsewhere,” he and wife Gisele Bündchen adjusted the list price of their Brookline, Massachusetts mansion to $33.9 million earlier this month.

According to the MLS, the property was originally listed in August 2019 for $39.5 million. Sited on the 9th hole of The Country Club, the family home spans more than 12,000 square feet with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. With 5.24 acres of real estate, the grounds are lushly landscaped to provide a private setting.

A collaborative effort between renowned architect, Richard Landry, and interior design firm Joan Behnke & Associates, the 2015 home is an original work-of-art, featuring soft tones, high ceilings and flooded with natural light.

Up to 20 vehicles can be parked in the three-car garage, stoned carport and circular driveway. Once inside, the home highlights impeccably designed dining and living rooms, an office and a family room. The eat-in chef’s kitchen is anchored by an expansive island with white cabinetry contrasted by ceiling beams and a handsome oven with matching vent hood.

A light-toned wooden staircase leads to the five bedrooms on the second level, while the subterranean level showcases a recreational room, play room, wine room, gym, spa and a full bathroom. Step just outside to the organic herb and vegetable garden. An additional garden where he could play golf and hired someone to maintain it clean and cut. Want to know what is the best zero turn lawn mower for 10 acres? Because, a lawn mower is the number one tool that every lawn owner needs to have.

An additional 2,400-square-foot guest house is also sited on the property in a barn-inspired style with a yoga studio and walls that open entirely to create a Zen-like atmosphere.
