Ferrari GTC4Lusso vs. E63S AMG vs. Panamera Turbo

If you haven’t heard, Ford has announced the end of sedan production. The average consumer is not interested in a sedan, because crossovers and SUVs are the prevailing trend.

But for people like us, a proper luxury car with incredible power is the best of both worlds. Give us a few turbos and All Wheel Drive, and we’ll sell a kidney for a new daily driver. So our friends at DragTimes Russia decided to compare the hottest AWD 4-seaters to help us make an informed purchase.

DragTimes: What’s Underneath A Ford GT?

The trifecta begins with a Ferrari GTC4Lusso. A hot hatchback from Maranello, this plush 4-seater is powered by their 6.3-liter V12 masterpiece. It offers 681 horsepower and 514 lb-ft of torque, which is shared between a front transaxle and a rear mounted 7-speed dual clutch. Similar in operation to the Ferrari FF, the system has been upgraded with rear wheel steering.

Up next is a Mercedes-Benz E63S AMG. The Meanest E Class to date, it packs a 4.0 liter V8 and twin turbos to make 603 horsepower and 627 lb-ft. Maximum torque arrives at only 2,500 rpm, and it is sent to the intuitive 4MATIC+ All Wheel Drive system.

Last but not least is the Porsche Panamera Turbo. Also sporting a 4.0 liter V8 with twin turbos, it is rated at 550 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque. Much like the AMG, it also arrives with air suspension, a dual clutch transmission, and All Wheel Drive.
