The dial adds contrast using ‘baton’ type black PVD indexes and hands that decipher its time/date functions. On the backcase is a clear sapphire window that displays the inner workings of the movement, with engravings on the outer portion that signify the special release from Girard-Perregaux. An in-house GP01800-2035 self-winding movement powers the Laureato, holding a lengthy 54-hour power reserve from its 191-piece construction.
