To celebrate its Gastronomy family, Hublot imagined transposing the chef’s steel of predilection to that of its watches.

With ties to an array of industries and professions, Hublot surrounds itself with partners that share the same values as the world-renowned luxury Swiss watchmaker. Since 2017, the brand has been involved in culinary arts alongside seven amazing Michelin-starred chefs. The passionate horologists are happy to announce its second collaboration with the star chefs, bringing them together for a private dinner to celebrate the release of the all-new Hublot Big Bang Unico Gourmet. In preparation for the watch-inspired diner, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Chef Yannick Alléno must create a dinner that is “first, unique, and different”. The new Hublot Big Bang Unico Gourmet is limited to only 200-pieces worldwide, featuring a stunning 42mm Damascus Steel case that takes its inspiration from high-end kitchen knives.

Beneath its beautifully patterned design, a skeletonized dial configuration lays out its multitude of functions while the beauty of its movement draws attention from all angles. The open caseback provides a secondary view of the movement in action, with each piece individually numbered to signify its exclusivity. Incorporating kitchen vibes into every aspect of the Big Bang Unico Gourmet, Hublot adds a strap made from the fabric of cooking aprons.
