When it comes to luxury watches that showcase ingenious designs best described as “out of this world,” the haute horologists at HYT stand out as innovators in an industry that holds strong beliefs in the traditional art of watchmaking. Pushing the boundaries of both design and technology with an attention-grabbing appearance, HYT’s Conical Tourbillon utilizes its complex movement as the main focal point of the watch while its functions surround the rotating mechanism. HYT is excited to launch its exclusive Conical Tourbillion Panda as the newest addition to its lineup of limited-edition examples. Like the Ying and the Yang, the Conical Tourbillon Panda features a contrasting design that combines white agate gemstones with deep black finishes.
The Conical Tourbillon is housed in an ultra-lightweight white ceramic-coated titanium case with a domed crystal sapphire and white ceramic titanium side grilles and frame, all working together to provide impressive 30-meter water resistance. Underneath the domed sapphire lies a dial design centered around the expert craftsmanship and state-of-the-art movement technology of HYT’s rotating tourbillon. It completes a full clockwise rotation in 30 seconds, marked by white ceramic spheres in different sizes. Hour and minute indicators wrap around the dial’s outer ring and come finished in the same white and black finish for easy readability.
A transparent sapphire backcase offers an up-close, secondary view of the movement in action. At the same time, the outer case displays commemorative engravings, signifying the ultra-limited series of only eight watches. With everyday wear in mind, HYT fitted the Conical Tourbillon Panda on a comfortable white rubber strap with a black DLC titanium buckle. Limited to only eight watches worldwide, the all-new HYT Conical Tourbillon Panda is now available through authorized dealers with a price tag of CHF 355,000 (EXCL. TAXES) ($366,567).
