Presented by Vortic Watch Company – Vortic Watch Company believes, “America wasn’t assembled, it was built.” The company is releasing its third Military Edition timepiece in honor of the U.S. Veterans. They aim to preserve a history of bravery, sacrifice, and hope. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s 50-piece limited release will be donated to the Veterans Watchmaker Initiative. In Odessa, Delaware, the Initiative trains Veterans to become professional watchmakers. It is also the only technical school exclusively dedicated to disabled Veterans.

With the rise in popularity of vintage and mechanical wristwatches, there is an ever-growing need for skilled watchmakers to restore and service timepieces. Swiss companies seem to be defunding their schools in the U.S, meaning the Veterans Watchmaker Initiative might become the last of its kind. Vortic’s founders, R.T. Custer and Tyler Wolfe have donated over $75,000 to the Initiative and will continue with proceeds from this year’s Military Edition watch. The Military Edition watches will be released on Veterans Day, November 11th, 2021. They are 100% Made in America. Each watch carries its own unique story with it.

he converted pocket watches were originally known as the Master Navigator’s Watch, “The Watch that Won the War,” and were flown in bombers during WWII. With only 100,000 pieces ever made between 1938-1950, each edition becomes rarer. This year’s 3rd Generation is flawlessly encased in stainless steel with an exhibition window to display the antique movement. The dial keeps military time against a magnificent black background.

Join Vortic Watch Company this Veterans Day to honor American history and U.S. Veterans.
