The horology experts at Zenith are proud to incorporate its humble beginnings into its newest addition to the coveted Defy collection. The new limited-edition Zenith Defy Revival A3642 ‘Bank Vault’ pays homage to the first Defy model release of 1969. The Defy Revival A3642 features a 37mm octagonal case design crafted from stainless steel with a 14-sided polished bezel. Beneath its crystal clear sapphire, the timepiece beautifully displays its time and date functions on a gradient brown sunburst dial design.

Delivering power to the new Defy Revival A3642 is Zenith’s famous Elite 670 automatic movement, capable of holding a 50-hour power reserve while operating under a 30-meter water resistance. The transparent backcase of the Defy ‘Bank Vault’ highlights the inner workings of the timepiece, while the outer case is engraved to signify the limited-edition release from Zenith. Keeping its traditional look, Zenith sets the Defy Revival on the now-iconic Gay Frères steel “ladder” bracelet. The new Zenith Defy Revival A3642 ‘Bank Vault’ is limited to only 250-pieces and is currently available through an authorized dealer for $7,000.
