Tesla Motors create some of the safest vehicles on the road today. In fact, the Tesla Model 3 has been awarded the 2019 Tp Safety Pick+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Another interesting tidbit about Teslas and crashes is that Folksam, a Swedish insurance company, couldn’t put a Tesla on their annual study on their country’s safest cars. Why? They just don’t crash enough.
