BRABUS has undergone an incredible expansion of its brand as of late, going from being an iconic tuner and customization of Mercedes-Benz models, including well-known custom G-Wagons, and AMG models taken to the next level, to creating a wide range of custom vehicles, including motor homes, boat,s and cars. In addition, BRABUS has created fashion and lifestyle products, and combined its custom vehicles and lifestyle products in an unprecedented event called Signature Night, combining its efforts in an incredible runway show concept.
However, BRABUS is on the cusp of something even bigger, showcasing its signature style and its most ambitious creation yet: BRABUS Island. The brand’s first foray into the luxury real estate arena, BRABUS Island is a lifestyle destination in one of the world’s greatest luxury capitals: Abu Dhabi. The development, consisting of 450 total luxury homes (350 apartments and 100 villas), was unveiled at an invitation-only event in Abu Dhabi. The destination is complete with architecture, interior design, and furniture inspired by the signature design principles seen in BRABUS Masterpiece vehicles.
Highlighting the already established presence that BRABUS has in the Middle East region, the new BRABUS Island development will be located in the prestigious Al Seef district of Abu Dhabi, a prime location within the United Arab Emirates, minutes from the Zayed International Airport and the city center of Abu Dhabi, and an hour’s drive from Dubai. Developed in collaboration with Cosmo, a UAE-based Reportage Properties subsidiary, four high-rise towers will house 350 luxury apartments in two, three, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 1,152 square feet to 4,908 square feet. The 100 villas on the property include twin villas, townhouses, and beach villas.
The homes are offered with modular interior design approaches, with three color schemes: Black and Bold, White Bliss, and Gray Haven, being offered to residents. Each is modern, sleek, and reminiscent of BRABUS’s stunning and iconic custom cars. Prices range from 700,000 Euros to 6.5 million Euros, roughly equating to just under $800,000 to under $7.4 million. With a bold new real estate project, the BRABUS lifestyle and brand are growing bigger than ever.
