The Lunar Edition of the RAM TRX gets a high-power upgrade.
The Ram TRX is one of the world’s most desirable trucks. Whether it’s for its luxury, design, off-road ability, or its incredible performance, the TRX is a dream truck for many enthusiasts. However, the Lunar Edition iteration of it adds yet another layer of aesthetics, with a limited edition exterior color called Ceramic Grey with black accents throughout providing a look that is sleek and timeless. The same principles come into play when it comes to the interior, with black leather and Alcantara upholstery being accented by Surf Blue stitching.
To take the Lunar Edition Ram TRX to yet another level, Texas-based performance engineering firm Hennessey decided to imbue the limited edition performance truck with its famed MAMMOTH 1000 upgrade available for the TRX, adding elevated performance to the Lunar Edition’s elevated looks. With the supercharger upgrade, the truck boasts a total 1,000 horsepower coming from its 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine.
The MAMMOTH 1000 upgrade doesn’t end there. It combines increased power and elevated looks with upgraded off-road capability as well, with running lights, a suspension lift, and 37-inch tires, wrapping signature 10-spoke wheels. The full package combines to make for a truck that provides the ultimate in off-road thrills.
