The new supercar from Marc Philipp Gemballa hits the road.
Typically, with their low ride height, stiff suspension, and lightweight materials, supercars are relegated to the asphalt. However, a new crop of supercars has boldly gone where few other supercars have ventured: off-road. Marc Philipp Gemballa is producing the most exclusive off-road-capable supercar yet: the MARSIEN. Limited to 40 units, the car is already sold out, and it’s a masterpiece of engineering whose production is now in full swing.
The engineers behind the Marc Philipp Gemballa MARSIEN are responsible for cars that raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. As such, the supercar, which excels both on and off-road, has been tested in places like the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Scandinavia, the glacier of Sölden, Austria, and the Arabian Desert, where the name “MARSIEN” was born, being French for “Martian.” Thanks to a RUF-powered engine, the MARSIEN develops 750 horsepower, with an optional upgrade to achieve 830 horsepower.
The MARSIEN’s incredible versatility is thanks to its revolutionary suspension technology. Its hydraulic lift system can provide a ground clearance of nearly 10 inches, and its automatic tire pressure system lets the driver adjust tire pressure on the fly. Two wheelsets are available: off-road capability or GT-focused road performance, and 24-karat gold wheel caps are available for both. Partners like KW Automotive, RUF, BMC, and Akrapovič help further enhance the MARSIEN’s design, engineering, and performance.
The exterior is crafted from carbon fiber for lightweight, performance-oriented construction. With a bespoke design, a luxurious interior with personalizable options, and incredible paintwork capabilities, each of the 40 Marc Philipp Gemballa MARSIENs will be its own one-of-one bespoke, collector-grade supercar creation. Marc Philipp Gemballa has announced that production of the MARSIEN is now in full swing, with the first examples of the sold-out versatile supercar sensation set to hit the road soon.
