Bentley builds on the success of the Bacalar with a new coachbuilt masterpiece.
Bentley’s Mulliner is the oldest coachbuilder in the world, and it takes pride in its ability to create stunning bespoke creations with an even higher degree of Bentley’s signature luxury and attention to detail. Recently, Bentley announced that the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar is near complete with the production and delivery of its 12 examples. With Monterey Car Week soon approaching, Bentley has announced the Bacalar’s successor, which is going to be yet another exclusive, hand-built grand touring Bentley that shows off the brand’s new design language and the aesthetic direction Bentley is taking as part of its Beyond100 vision for the brand’s future.
The Bacalar was named after Lake Bacalar in Mexico, and likewise, the new Bentley Mulliner Batur is named after Lake Batur, a stunning crater lake located in Kintamani on the island of Bali. The new car will be revealed at Monterey Car Week on Saturday, August 20 at 8:00 P.M. PST, and if it’s anything like the Bacalar, it’s going to be beautiful, unique, and highly exclusive.
