A new one-off Bentley Bentayga sports a high-fashion hue.
Supriya Lele is a British fashion designer known for captivating collections, and a specific affinity for the color blue. Featured frequently in her designs, Supriya Lele’s use of blue is inspired by various factors, including her Indian heritage and William Gass's 1976 philosophical treatise 'On Blue.' Now, Supriya Lele has collaborated with Bentley Mulliner to create a bespoke new paint color, exclusively available for Bentley Mulliner customers called Nīla Blue, whose name and vivid saturation is inspired by the Sanskrit word for “sapphire.”
To showcase the new color, Supriya Lele and Bentley Mulliner have created a one-of-one specification of the Bentley Bentayga, specifically a Bentley Bentayga S. With a sporty carbon fiber body kit, 22-inch wheels, and white accents, the ultra-luxe SUV combines its bold blue color with an edgy, performance-oriented look. The interior echoes the curated aesthetic of the exterior, with satin black Naim speaker grilles, black stained open-pore walnut wood veneers, with Nīla Blue edging throughout.
Echoing the craftsmanship, detail, and artistry of her couture, the new bespoke, one-off Bentley Bentayga S created by Supriya Lele and Bentley Mulliner is a beautiful example of the creative genius of Supriya Lele as a fashion designer, the inspiration of her Indian Heritage and ‘On Blue,’ and the virtually limitless potential of Bentley Mulliner configurations. The beauty of Nīla Blue is incredibly showcased by the Bentayga, and Mulliner clients are now able to spec their Bentleys in the same stunning hue.
