Although Ferrari is a publicly traded company, Sergio Marchionne is still in charge. Last weekend's Ferrari Cavalcade in Venice was the right place to inform 100 lucky owners about the program. At this point we don't know if these cars will be initially offered to new customers or if Ferrari will choose the new owners of each car.
