Longbow Unveils Dynamic Demonstrator Of Its Speedster EV

A new lightweight electric sports car has emerged in motion.

Founded in 2023, Longbow was founded with the goal of creating a lightweight British sports car reminiscent of classic racing and performance models with electric powertrains. With people behind the brand who have experience from manufacturers like Lucid Motors, Tesla, McLaren, Lotus, and Alpine, both EV and performance-car know-how from some of the biggest names in both realms are behind Longbow’s upcoming sports cars.

Two models, the Speedster and the Roadster, are set to begin being delivered in 2026, and now, Longbow has achieved an incredible milestone with its first Aesthetic Dynamic demonstrator example of the Speedster coming to fruition. Going from a clean sheet to a dynamic demonstrator in only six months, the vehicle represents a feat achieved a year faster than traditional OEMs would, according to Longbow.

In addition to coming up with a dynamic demonstrator vehicle in incredible time, Longbow is also creating its own genre as it develops the Roadster and the Speedster, called the FEV, or Featherweight Electric Vehicle. Longbow celebrated its milestone with its customers, which the brand calls “Guild Members,” among other VIPs in London, ahead of the Speedster becoming the world’s first electric sports car of its kind. Before deliveries begin in 2026, the new Aesthetic Dynamic Demonstrator is the first look at what the new all-electric Longbow Speedster will bring to the performance EV arena.
