RARE U.S. Federalized 2001 Audi RS4 Avant For Sale at Blu...

While coupes and roadsters have long since been seen as cool kids on the block, station wagons have taken the more functional and practical route with ample storage space and sophisticated all-wheel-drive systems. Audi has and will continue to prove that statement wrong through its performance-focused Avant series. And while many of the coveted Audi RS Avants have been kept from the U.S. market, with the exception of the RS6 Avant in 2020, they remain dream cars amongst euro collectors and enthusiasts. Here to hand deliver a five-door dream to one discerning driver, the team at Blue Chip is proud to showcase this fully federalized 2001 Audi RS4 Avant as part of its extensive inventory of collector-grade cars for sale on duPont REGISTRY. Imported to the U.S. in 2003 and federalized for American roads, it's not just its color that stands out. The car has been maintained meticulously, including full front Xpel paint protection film and a complete ceramic coating to ensure that it looks as fresh as the day it was painted in Germany. Inside, the cabin features black leather upholstery adorned with carbon fiber trim that sets a sophisticated tone, sweetened by cream Alcantara inserts on the seats and doors. The driving experience is centered around an Audi Sport steering wheel and shifter, both wrapped in factory Alcantara. The original Bose stereo has been upgraded to an Alpine Bluetooth head unit, which connects to a custom audio system featuring an 8-channel amplifier, speakers, and an integrated subwoofer enclosure, providing an immersive listening experience. Audi & Ducati Developers Swap e-tron GT Prototype & Panig...

Audi and Ducati experience each others approach to thrilling performance. Both Audi and Ducati represent excellence in their respective realms: luxury performance cars and high-performance motorcycles, and the new Audi e-tron GT prototype and Ducati Panigale V4 R are each excellent examples of the work of each manufacturer. The e-tron GT shows off Audi’s ability to create a luxurious, engaging, driver-focused grand tourer with an all-electric powertrain, while Ducati’s Panigale V4 R shows off the Italian manufacturer’s racing-derived performance bike prowess. Both vehicles feature elegance, style, and performance, and two people with intimate knowledge of each: Jaan Mattes Reiling, Audi’s Technical Project Manager, and Alessandro Valia, Ducati’s Chief Test Rider & Developer, decided to swap vehicles, with the Audi developer experiencing the motorbike, and Ducati’s getting behind the wheel of the grand touring EV. The experience was great for both, as each vehicle displayed everyday usability, variable driving modes, agility, and thrilling performance. While the motorbike inherently allows the rider to have more control and influence, both cars are dynamic and offer an engaging experience, being purpose-built to do exactly that. Whether its with four wheels or two, as a motorcycle or in a luxurious four-door grand tourer, enthusiasts crave the thrill of engaging, connected driving and power they can feel, and in quite different ways (electric mobility and lightweight combustion engine power), the Audi e-tron GT prototype and the Ducati Panigale V4 R both deliver elegant luxury performance and unmistakable driving thrill. Audi Of America Finishes Q1 2024 With Decreased Sales, In...

Audi continues along an electrified luxury path. As one of the most prominent names in automotive luxury, Audi has been one of the boldest trailblazers in the industry when it comes to electrification, introducing a rapidly expanding electrified lineup showcasing luxury, performance, and high-tech alike. With the first quarter of the year finished, Audi of America has reported its results, bringing in 44,226 new car sales through the quarter. Unfortunately, this number represents a 16 percent decrease when compared to the same period last year, and various models throughout Audi’s lineup saw decreased sales throughout the period. However, that can’t be said for Audi’s electric vehicles, as Audi’s battery electric vehicle sales increased in the first quarter by a significant 29 percent compared to the same part of last year. In addition, compared to last year’s first quarter, sales of the Audi R8 increased by 87%, as enthusiasts get their hands on the final examples of the legendary supercar as it sees its finale. Looking forward, however, the manufacturer is excited to introduce a new all-electric model, the Audi Q6 e-tron, built on an all-new Premium Platform Electric vehicle architecture. The new luxury electric SUV coupe has the important responsibility of not only introducing itself to the industry but also the platform it’s built on. As the winds of change continue to sweep across the entire automotive industry, Audi embraces them to not only preserve but evolve its status as a luxury automotive stalwart. View All Audis For Sale

Audi Plans Sauber Group Takeover Ahead Of 2026 F1 Debut

Audi takes a major step towards joining F1. Audi has generated buzz across the motorsport world by announcing its intentions to join forces with Sauber and enter the elite group of Formula 1 teams in 2026. However, a new announcement shows that Audi is taking yet another big leap towards that goal, with two years remaining until it is set to be a part of F1 in 2026. With the supervisory boards of Volkswagen AG and Audi AG voting to take over 100% of the Sauber Group, the brand with the four rings has accelerated its plans, and strengthened its commitment to the sport. The Board of Management will appoint Oliver Hoffmann to be responsible for Audi’s Formula 1 program as a General Representative, stepping down from his current role as a member of Audi’s Board of Management, and Andreas Seidl will be CEO of the Audi Formula 1 Team, with the responsibility of implementing the Audi F1 project and managing the Audi F1 team. In Hoffmann’s stead, CEO Gernot Döllner will take over the Technical Development department on top of his existing role. Hoffmann has existing experience in the racing world, with a role as the head of Audi Sport, with customer racing experience, DTM, and Formula E. One of the most recent feathers in Audi’s racing cap is the Dakar Rally win, achieved with the electrified Audi RS Q e-tron. Meanwhile, Andreas Seidl joins as CEO with experience as Director of Race Operations for BMW’s F1 program, and as a Team Principal who saw three overall victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He also served as Team Principal of McLaren’s F1 Team from 2019-2022, and became CEO of Sauber Group in 2023. With plans to take over Sauber Group, Audi’s F1 ambitions are strengthened and accelerated in a big way, and the countdown to its F1 debut in 2026 is more exciting than ever before. Jon Olsson Debuts His Stealthy Audi RS6 Avant With A Set ...

Audi's fast and functional RS6 Avant gets some F1 love thanks to Jon Olsson. Living as an adrenaline-seeking adventurist for a full-time career, the choice of an everyday driver needs to check off all the boxes for reliability and functionality while providing supercar-inspired performance at the push of the throttle. Swedish professional freeskier Jon Olsson is the perfect example, with an extensive history of ownership that includes heavily modified cars like an Audi RS6 DTM, topless Mercedes-AMG G550 4X4 Squared, Lamborghini Huracán, Rolls-Royce Wraith, 850hp "Safari" Mercedes G-Wagon, and many more. In addition to pumping up the power and transforming looks with wideboy kits and aftermarket wheels, Olsson also made himself famous in the automotive world with his signature snow camouflage wraps. Today, Jon Olsson took to his Instagram page to show off the newest upgrades to the second Audi RS6 Avant that he has owned. Although wheels and tires may traditionally be seen as a simple way to style your car, Jon took things to a whole new level by bringing to life his idea of using F1 wheels on his high-performance station wagon. The inspiration for the ingenious idea came when Jon Olsson saw F1 implement a new and larger wheel design for all competing teams. Sporting the same look and feel as the multi-million dollar race cars, the stealthy RS6 Avant's new wheel setup features a matching black finish with a vibrant highlighter yellow center hub stripe. To help create the ultimate rolling shot, the ultra-lightweight wheels come wrapped in traction-grabbing Pirelli P-Zero tires that work in unison with Audi's sophisticated all-wheel-drive Quattro system. Shocking the car scene with yet another first-ever build, Jon Olsson is going to have a tough time one-upping his menacing Audi RS6 Avant on Formula 1 racing wheels.
