Bentley Motors is known for combining longstanding tradition with bold innovation in the pursuit of the ultimate automotive opulence. With over a century of history, Bentley boasts a design language, craftsmanship, and bespoke customization offerings that highlight classic luxury and artisan craftsmanship, but its commitment to environmental sustainability throughout its operations and the electrification of its lineup simultaneously embrace the future.
At the center of Bentley’s unique ethos is its home in Crewe, England, where its factory carries decades of history and has also evolved to accommodate a futuristic generation of ultra-luxurious automotive masterpieces. For the first time, Bentley is offering the public the opportunity to visit its visitor experience center, CW1 House, which is next to the factory, as part of an initiative to share the magic of Bentley’s Crewe home with the world.
The front-of-house area features a display of modern and heritage Bentleys that constantly changes, and also provides access to the Bentley Boutique, featuring items from the merchandise range available for purchase. However, the new addition of guided tours for sale gives visitors access to the public to see some of the most incredible historic cars in Bentley’s Heritage Collection.

The new bookable experience gives the public the opportunity to see cars that were previously only available to Bentley customers, and a guided tour brings groups of up to 12 to see not only cars, but also artifacts of Bentley history. Bentley’s heritage exhibition, Lineage, is also a part of the tour, with a digitally immersive experience and rotating displays of some of Bentley’s greatest cars.
About the new experience, Wayne Bruce, Director of Visitor Experience and Heritage at Bentley Motors, said, “Opening our doors to a wider audience marks an exciting new chapter for Bentley. CW1 House and Lineage have been created to offer a truly immersive experience of our brand, from our rich heritage to our vision for the future. We are delighted to now welcome members of the public to Crewe, giving them the opportunity to explore our world of craftsmanship, innovation and luxury first-hand.”
Available on selected weekdays, tours must be booked in advance, and start at £20 per person. The introduction of public tours is part of a wider effort to introduce the world of Bentley to a broader audience, celebrating its cherished heritage and British craftsmanship. Currently, members cannot access the main site, but access to it is planned for the next phase of sharing the Crewe home of Bentley with the world.
