Porsche EVs Now Plug Into 23,500 Tesla Superchargers Across North America

Taycan, Macan Electric, and Cayenne E-Hybrid owners gain access to Tesla Superchargers, opening up a whole new world of road trip possibilities.

Porsche just made life a whole lot easier for EV owners. Starting today, Porsche drivers will get soft launch access to Tesla’s Supercharger network, which includes 23,500 stations across North America. That means whether you’re in a Taycan, the all-new Macan Electric, or even a Cayenne E-Hybrid, the days of stressing over where to plug in are quickly fading. This move is huge for Porsche’s growing electric community, giving you more flexibility on long trips and peace of mind knowing that Tesla’s reliable fast chargers are now part of your trip.

Of course, Porsche isn’t just handing you a key to the network without the right gear. The Porsche NACS DC adapter is the magic piece that makes it all work. The adapter comes standard starting with model year 2026 Taycan and Macan Electric models. But Porsche’s looking out for existing owners too. If you own a 2025 Taycan or a Macan Electric, you’ll get one free through the My Porsche app. Owners of 2024 and older Taycans aren’t left behind either, as you can grab the adapter for $185 at Porsche Centers or the online shop. Once connected, this adapter bridges your CCS-equipped Porsche with Tesla’s NACS chargers, unlocking DC fast charging at thousands of Supercharger locations.

So how does it actually work? At first, you’ll need to download the Tesla app to activate the charger when you pull in. Plug your Porsche NACS adapter into the station cable, hook it up to your EV, and you’re set. Pretty simple. The full integration is still on the horizon, but Porsche has already confirmed that charging through the My Porsche app and plug-and-charge functionality will arrive in the coming months. For Porsche EV drivers, this is a game-changer. Road trips have become easier, daily commutes more flexible, and the future of Porsche electrification is much brighter.
