Since its humble beginnings, modifying Mercedes-Benz cars with bodykits and performance upgrades, which have now evolved into cult collector classics, BRABUS continues to write history with bold, innovative builds that pave the way. From bespoke Rolls-Royce builds to two-wheeled performance masterpieces, there’s no stopping where the German aftermarket tuning company is headed next.
At Milan Design Week, BRABUS has partnered with DAB Motors to introduce a limited-edition lineup of electric motorcycles that tap into design and usability. The series showcases three all-new models, the DAB 1a BRABUS, BRABUS URBAN E, and a limited FIRST EDITION, that reflect the growing popularity in high-end electric urban mobility, especially in cities where size and efficiency matter.
All three bikes share a similar start, built around a 72-volt battery system that delivers up to 93 miles of range and a top speed of around 75 mph. What’s really impressive is how the power is delivered. Electric torque comes on instantly, making them perfect for stop-and-go city riding.
The BRABUS URBAN E offers a touch more power, with output increased to 37 horsepower and 350 ft-lbs of torque, along with multiple dynamic riding modes that adjust how aggressively that power comes on. There’s even a short “Nitrous”-style boost for quick bursts.
Lookwise, the bikes feature familiar BRABUS styling, with exposed carbon fiber, eye-catching finishes, and minimal branding worked into the design. The URBAN E is more experimental with a monocoque-style body and integrated lighting, while the FIRST EDITION models are limited to just ten examples per color (Fusion Red, Superviolet, Peetch, and Desert Sand).
